With Harry Osborn dead, Oscorp finds itself being bought by Wilson Fisk, Life seems to be moving on. However, a new girl shows up in the life of Spider-Man... she is temptation... she is the Black Cat. As if that wasn't complicated enough, Peter's mentor disappears... and a new threat rises in New York City!
