So I'm making a book for the long long holiday because there are only 10 episodes (5 combined) I mean, I can't blame em, it must've been hell to animate it. Anyway, this is a thing for people who want the series to be longer. (Also aside from a few certain characters there won't really be any romance or anything so if your looking for that then your gonna have to find something else) (Also I'm open to suggestions, as long as they are realistic for the time.) PS: might take a while to publish chapters. PPS: Also, first few chapters will basically be recaps of the first episodes

the title speaks for itself. put it shortly the you the Reader will be GN and will be called [name] and you decided to visit an uncle of yours (Mr.Herpin) to visit for the summer. and yeah the occupation came along and now you are staying there till the war ends.. you can read more in the context page.

This is the novelised version of episode one of the French animated series, Les Grandes, Grandes Vacances (The Long, Long Holiday). All characters and events of the story belong to the creators of this wonderful series. In 1939, Colette and Ernest Bonhoure go from Paris to their grandparents home in Grangeville, Normandy for their holiday. It turns out that they must stay longer than they expected due to their mother requiring treatment in Switzerland and their father having to leave to fight in the war.

This is a fanfiction for The Long, Long Holiday. It is not fit with the show's timeline but its like an AU (Alternate Universe) Director Ethan is a powerful, interdimensional being and runs a Government called "Universal Coalition" They have brought modern technology to TLLH World. This does include Gun Violence and Language but nothing else.
