How he smiles at her. He's her, not his. He felt a pang of jealousy and hurt whenever he saw them together. But he never showed how he felt. He played it cool as always. Everyone knows how good Napoleon Solo is at hiding his feelings. He's stern cold as a robot. He won't show his emotions, doesn't matters how much he cries all night all alone. After Rome, Gaby felt a little overwhelmed as suddenly the recruitment that she had signed up for ages ago came to cash in its promise. She's grateful for Solo and Illya, and she's definitely grateful to be out if East Berlin, but she misses her old life. As she tries to adjust to her new life, Illya is there to help her not feel so small in her suddenly large life. A series of one-shots. Illya doesn't care for Christmas and Napoleon has never celebrated it properly. But maybe a team effort and Gaby's intervening can create the perfect experience... Written for the tmfu winter fic exchange, enjoy!
