Roughly 150,000 years ago, Cain murdered his younger brother Abel in jealousy when he was 15 years old. As punishment, God placed a mark on Cain's forehead, cursing him to walk the earth for eternity, completely unable to die. Now, Cain still walks the earth, posing as an average teenager in middle school in Manhattan, New York, desperately searching for a way to redeem his soul and finally end his eternity. What would happen if the world learned of his existence?

Kay, a nephilim and the child of Balthazar, hunts down the Winchester brothers in order to find the one who killed their father. Castiel. However, things don't go according to plan as they find themself in the middle of the war between the brothers and the darkness. Kay meets Cain, who ditches them with a not so pleasant gift, leaving them with bigger fish to fry than their initial need for revenge.

With the Mark of Cain finally taking over, Dean heads off to explore his new and ever growing power. Sam and Cas are lost, broken, and trying to chase him down to in order to save the rogue man from his damning fate.
