Recently, a new wave of technology called PIEC has factored into our world. This came in the form of digital-necklaces with biofeedback capabilities. Everything from instantaneous environmental data, to radiofrequencies for easier communication and binaural beats to impact or aid brainwave activity, to micro-doses of pharmaceuticals for health-related purposes. Altogether, these necklaces can even be used to intuitively string personal data together and build a profile "grade" for someone that's based on their calculated Potential, different Interests, frequented Environments, and overall Character.
