17 year old Max Caithen lives a normal life in a normal town in a normal world. But when he meets a girl named Sally things start to get weird. His car drives itself in to a forest, his grandpa turns out to be a snake monster and a warrior comes intruding into his house telling Max he is a sorcerer. Max must embark on a journey to destroy the Dark Lord, Vasseret. Max will meet friends along his way, and encounter many monsters. Will he be able to defeat the Dark Lord and return back home before it's too late?
