This is what I think should have happened after Sansa and Theon escape Winterfell and made their way to castle black to Jon. It's not much and needs to be edited a lot but it's been trapped in my head for such a long time and I thought I would share it with you all. Please be kind. Will and Kirjava set out and find them, but after being out for hours in the cold and unconscious, it is deeply worrying when the man and his Daemon find them.
