Noah Anderson grew up in Hemet, California- where hearing police sirens was a calm wind in the sky; population: 78,657. Getting into too much trouble back at home, he was taken in by a rather wealthy family in Palm Springs; population: 44,552. The county consists of jocks and waterpolo--at least as he thought in the beginning. Palm Springs is indeed filled with drama, all according to the people and families you hang around, having it's ups and downs. But coming across a small group of friends just may be his key to staying out of trouble and being a better person, better friend, and a better son.
