Homer's "The Odyssey" in Penelope's (Odysseus' wife) POV Heavily inspired by Epic the Musical (it's so good- please listen to it-)

Calypso lives on her island, far away from anything she's ever known. Which isn't much, from the "real world". Her island is peaceful. Carefree. She hates it. But she knows of nothing else. Until a handsome man comes along, and ruins everything. Inspired by Epic the Musical, by Jorge. Epic the Musical is loosely about Homer's Odyssey. You should really check out Epic the Musical, it's great. This is on Greek Mythology. If you don't know the story of Odysseus, I suggest you either read the first part of this story in slight confusion until we get to the next part where it explains Odysseus's journey or find out about it now.

Ulysses was a poor boy who no family left. He found himself at the dock of the Titanic and boarded. Nellie was headed back to America after settling with her late fathers' debtors but, at the cost of her freedom. When Ulysses spots Nellie for the first time, it was like his soul had known who she was and he vowed to find a way to talk to her.

I am Odysseus Son of Laertes Hero of Athena Parthenos King of Ithaca

The Odyssey is a well known Ancient Greek story about the main hero Odysseus, who travels to Troy to retrieve Helen and make it back to Ithaca. On his way home, he is faced with dangers and trials that make his journey much more difficult. This story, however, will be a writing of Jorge Rivera-Herrans, "Epic the Musical" adaptation of the story. I have not read the actual book so I'm solely going by Epic, which is not all canonical.

This was just an essay I had to write for my Literature class, but my teacher loved it and gave me an A+. I figured I'd share it with the world. It's about the time that Hermes had to tell Kalypso to let Odysseus leave the island.
