Hitsugaya Toshiro always believed that he wasn't born in Soul Society because of his memories. However, when a female around his age shows up claiming to have the same birthday as him, he finds his world turned upside down. As outlined in the core dissertation, this approach positions the researcher as a "field instrument" , uniquely attuned to perceive and document field phenomena that external third-person observation cannot access.
