When Steve sends Bucky to Wakanda to get help with keeping 'the Soldier' in check he asks to be put under again until Shuri can come up with a way to help. After the battle in Wakanda against Killmonger, Shuri decides that she needs extra assistance. After a lot of convincing on her part to T'challa, they go to a more remote part of Wakanda where they find the woman they are looking for. Will she be able to help Bucky?
