11 year old Stephanie Rainmoore is not normal, she can do things nobody else can. Although these powers are a blessing they can also be a curse. This time somethings cost her or should I say someones, when she fly's into a tantrum she causes a fire which kills her parents. After that she is sent to an orphanage and makes some friends, and some enemies.
