This story is about a women named Emma. She finds out her husband is cheating and she tries to deal with the loss of her marriage. She then has to deal with depression and tries to take care of her 2 year old son named Aric. She struggles to try to find work and a place to stay. Her family abandons her and blames her for not being able to keep her marriage "alive" and her sister betrays her. Emma struggles to find her place in the city all alone, and while doing that she gets kidnapped by a mafia leader. Emma then tries to get back to her son before it's to late for him.
