I can't imagine what it's like to think that the person who is basically your brother is dead. I don't know what I would do if my brother died. I would want to go with him honestly. "Better." Is all that JJ says. "Better now that you know John B is alive?" I ask the obvious question, but JJ shakes his head. He opens his mouth, then pauses. He takes another puff from the joint. The smoke lightly blows on my skin as he exhales. The way he is looking at me makes my heart race. It's like he's examining a painting in a museum- delicately observing.
