The Hexside squad has been slowly adjusting to the human realm, and living with Camilla. Luz is still absolutely broken by the fact that she had left the boiling Isles in the chaotic hands of The Collector. Luz has grown distant from her mom, her girlfriend, and her friends. And she's going to do whatever it takes to get back and protect the Boling Isles.
