She lived for the thrill of procrastinating until the day an assignment was due, it was a drug to her. Meaning, it didn't surprise her parents or her uncle, Christopher Hart- the legendary surgeon- when she chose to pursue emergency medicine. The ER was the most chaotic, pressure-driven environment in the medical field. But it did surprise them when she told them she was moving to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After living in different places during her childhood and teen years, her parents finally landed in Chicago. She finished her medical school, with a minor in psychology, getting off debt free thanks to Chris, she started working in the heart of downtown. She started her residency, getting three years out of her hospital before she decided to leave. When she showed up to PTMC, she was finally a senior resident and the staff loved and respected her. But an arrogant, dark-haired doctor just loved getting under her skin. He'd cherry-pick his cases just so he could annoy her. And she hated it. Hated him. Hated his stupid, charming grin. Hated the ocean blue eyes that scrutinized her. Hated the (sadly) sharp jawline that flexed when she did something better than him. Everyone tried to ignore their bickering, but tensions rose to a new level when a new intern and medical students arrived. One with a very keen eye for inconsistencies. What happens when that one intern brings everything to light? Or in which The shift from hell shows the lies that they kept beneath the surface. the pitt s1-2 frank langdonxFEM!OC (all right for the pitt go to the directors and writers.) slow updates

Russell Whitaker is one of many secrets in The Pitt. Tucked away on the eighth floor, he spends his days playing board games alone while his big brother Dennis saves lives downstairs. It's not permanent, but it's life for now. Being homeless, nine, and hidden gets lonely. Russell's forced to find solace in Scrabble, Superman, and the knowledge that Dennis is doing the best he can with what he's got. On the anniversary of the worst day of Michael Robinavitch's life, a poorly-timed asthma attack sends Russell right into the thick of it, emergency after emergency. And even though everyone-including he himself-knows that he's just a kid, Russell is drawn to trouble like a moth to the flame. He's ready to help in any way he can, even when the walls open up and spill their secrets like tears.

After her father's death, Dr Iris Adler returns to Pittsburgh with a medical career moving faster than it should and a house that feels too quiet to live in. In the ER, she's steady, sharp, impossible to rattle - seeing what others miss without ever asking to be noticed. Dr. Jack Abbott notices anyway. What begins as respect turns into something harder to ignore and even harder to keep. But Iris has never trusted anything that feels permanent, and Jack knows better than most how quickly things can be taken away. Some houses are inherited. Some are built. Iris isn't sure she knows the difference yet.

Working twelve-hour shifts in the emergency department was never part of Indy's plan. Neither was falling for the quiet resident who always seemed to notice the things no one else did. Between impossible patients, trauma alerts, overnight shifts, and nursing school, Indy is just trying to survive another day behind the front desk. But when late-night texts become stolen conversations and lingering glances turn into something impossible to ignore, the line between coworkers and something more begins to blur. The only problem? He's older. They work together. And someone else might be falling for her, too. In a place where every second matters, some feelings refuse to wait. Slow burn. He falls first. Hospital romance. Jealousy. A little smut.

I Can Fix Him (No, Really, I Can) Amelia Langdon has never had a problem keeping her life under control. She's a talented doctor, fiercely independent, sarcastic enough to scare off most people, and more than capable of handling herself. So transferring to the Pitt should be easy. Right? Wrong. Being Frank Langdon's younger sister means walking into the hospital already carrying a reputation she didn't ask for. Between twelve-hour shifts, difficult patients, a chaotic emergency department, and two coworkers who decide they're going to adopt her on day one, Amelia barely has time to breathe. Then there's Dr. Michael "Robby" Robinavitch. Brilliant. Intimidating. Infuriating. And far too interested in getting under Amelia's skin. Their chemistry is obvious to everyone except, apparently, Amelia-and Frank is definitely not thrilled about it. What starts as a new job quickly becomes something much more complicated. Because at the Pitt, Amelia is about to learn that saving lives might actually be the easy part. The hard part is figuring out who she can trust, who she can love, and how much she's willing to risk when the lines between work and something more begin to blur. The first time Cecilia walked into the Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center, she was a 4 year old with chemo curls, a gap-toothed smile and and a fever. The first time she walked into that ER, she was holding her older brother's hand. Now, she's in the ER more often than not. Her chemo curls have vanished, and so did her gap-toothed smile, replaced by a stoic expression. Now, her brother is dead, and the second he flat lined Cecilia's parents could no longer look her in the face. She was supposed to be a saviour sibling. Instead, she became the one who needed to be saved.

Kaylie Kennedy is twelve years old, and possibly the least fortunate girl she knows. With her whole family lost to a car accident, she lives with her well-meaning (if insufferable) aunt and uncle, and spends every day in a grief-stricken haze, barely even sure what she's still living for. The only person that she really likes anymore is Dr Abbot, the man who treated her the night her family died, but she's sure she's insignificant to him. Besides, seeing him means going back to the hospital. The place where everything fell apart. The place Kaylie hates the most. But, when she breaks her arm one morning, her worst fear suddenly becomes unavoidable, and she's suddenly being forced back inside her own personal nightmare. Memories of her family lie behind every curtain, and her grief is threatening to swallow her whole. Maybe if she just holds out, she tells herself, it'll pass. Maybe if she just holds out, something good will finally come.

Frankie Robinavitch has probably spent more time in the ER than she's spent in her own house. Doing homework in the waiting room, sleeping on the staff room couches, playing Nintendo in the stairwell. Waiting and waiting and waiting for the end of her dad's shift, where he'd finally hang up his stethoscope and really become her dad. Frankie is used to making sacrifices for his work. School recitals with empty seats, birthday parties cut short, disappointments stacked higher than the Empire State Building. She's the most understanding twelve-year-old in the world. That's what everyone says, anyway. So, on the anniversary of the worst day of her dad's life, she's ready to make a few more adjustments.

Dr. Robinavitch was no stranger to a transferring doctor, or new student doctors. But none of them have stuck out to him quite like Cecelia. When Dr. Cecelia Torres transfers from Chicago Northwestern Memorial to the emergency department at Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center, she's ready for the pace, the pressure, the sleepless rhythm of the ER. What she isn't ready for is Dr. Michael Robinavitch. He is intuitive where she is precise, impulsive where she is controlled. Their first encounter leaves a mark, the kind that lingers long after the shift ends. What starts as quiet competition deepens into something neither of them fully names. The long hours, the charged silences, the way their hands brush in passing. All of it builds toward something unspoken. Beneath the sterile lights and endless noise of the hospital, a different kind of pulse begins to take hold, one that draws them closer with every patient, every breath, until obsession feels almost like inevitability. But they couldn't possibly, could they? boyiscorrupt © 2025
