When at death Damien had not a feeling as the sword sliced through his skin, as he coughed up that sick crimson fluid. The sword's owner grabbed it and pulled it out of his chest. A scream rang through the burned down village, the owner of the sword had already turned way but glanced back just in time to see the flesh wound he had made close.

Everyone says I'm this person or that. But who am I really? I can't remember. I know I'm not what people say, but maybe thats who I pretended to be? To find out who I was, and who I am, I'll have to learn to read my past as a book, and remember to read between the lines.

He pushed me against the wall, trapping me with his hands on the either sides of me on the wall. He brought his face in front of me, our lips almost touching each other's. "You are nothing but trash from my past", he said. Laughing humorlessly, he continued saying, "Just a used toy from past" and a loud sound resonated in his office. Coming to my senses I understood that the devil was slapped. By me. I looked at him with tears in my eyes, afraid of his reaction. But his face was completely blank; he was touching his cheek that I slapped. I opened my mouth to apology but nothing came out. Instead a pair of soft lips were roughly placed on mine like punishing me. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Being the ex-wife of billionaire is not fun. Nit picked out of my tons of Poetry filled notebooks for their philosophical ponderings, HOWEVER, the first one in this collection is from one i wrote on the day of this publication! The poems in this collection center around philosophical ponderings such as: Fakeness, The Past in comparison to The Present, Isolation, Choices you make in life, How you are living your life, Happiness, and being in a state of perpetual paralysis.
