Part two leading into Purge Election Year will be added to this story, the timeframe will be slightly different to the movie as there is meant to be 17 years between Anarchy and Election Year. South Korea has a hidden place ravaged by crime and overcrowded prisons. This place is being governed by criminals who kidnaps wealthy individuals from Seoul to be their target. The government sanctions an annual 12-hour period during which all criminal activity -- including murder -- is legal. The hidden population's mission is to find and murder the kidnapped victim to be able to leave the place and be able to have a luxurious life back in the city. The target's mission is to be able to survive the annual killing for him/her to leave the place. But what if the urge for survival drives you to protect the ones who needs to kill you? Kim Hanbin, the leader of a famous group was kidnapped and bound to be dead after the annual killing. Will he be able to survive? When the purge concludes. Blessed be the new survivors.
