Evelyn Colette is a mortal in the world of immortals. Her mother is a fairy. Her father is a redcap, but she was born human. "It is a miracle!" Her family would say. She never thought of it that way. What if Evelyn has much more power than she thought she did? Slightly inspired by "The Cruel Prince."

I got this idea from a fanfic suggestion on @stardustsroses tumblr account and went with it. This is my summary: Jude and Cardan are expecting their first child in a months time and want to take advantage of the little amount of time they have together and enjoy each others company at a retreat. Vivi warns Jude this is a bad idea, but Jude is set that everything will be ok despite the nearing due date.

This is supposed to be like Eva's final letter to Madoc, given to him after she died. (So for some reason l find Eva story really interesting and for a while l've been playing around with the idea that she left Elfhame because she knew/saw pieces of things that would happen in the future and left in order to try to prevent them. Like for example She knew the next time she saw Madoc would be the last (he'd be the one to kill her) and that her children would suffer in the hands of the court and one of them would become queen.) I don't know, l' m a terrible writer but l hope someone enjoys it anyways. 😅🤷‍♀️ Thank you for reading.

a headcanon of jude and cardan during the second book. Who on earth has a crush on someone who wishes them dead? Cardan Greenbriar is the one.

This is a fanfiction based off of Holly Blacks 'the folk of air' trilogy, 'the cruel prince'. I always wondered what would have happened if Cardan had gone to the mortal world after banishing Jude to beg her to come back so I wrote a story about what would happen if he did. Yes, she does come back pretty early on, but don't worry there's a lot of agnst, drama and plot twists! If your a Jurdan fan give my fanfiction a go because.. why not? I update at least once a week.
