hi there! This book is the first official book of The Positivity Squad and as you know from the title, it's a therapy club! In this book, some of our admins and us are going to talk about some problems that we've faced in life and how we solved them to hopefully help any readers who need it. As we said, we are accepting PMs for any problems that you need help with and with your permission, we will be answering them in this book. It also contains 100 reasons to stay alive for anyone who is feeling suicidal (please don't) and much more too! So go ahead and read this book if you feel as if you need to :) ~ Parul (founder)
