Brenda Cuevas is a woman for hire who delivers a person who has been kidnapped. Some are even tortured. Her services aren't cheap. She started doing this after leaving the Navy Seals after eight years. She is a POW survivor. She even is hired by the military. She has a stellar reputation going to other countries and even dangerous places to get the an individual home to their loved ones.

Georgie is excited for her week's vacation, but on her last day of work things get flipped sideways. When Tessa and her little niece Mal ask her if they could stay with her indefinitely. Now Georgie is way out of her comfort zone, and has to figure out how to balance her work, with the work that is living in her house. While both Tessa and Georgie learn more about each other because of their close living quarters.
