Aiko's therapist suggested having a diary to write down her troubles, but Aiko thinks she's Too grown for diaries. After a lot of convincing, Aiko gives in and gets a diary, or what she decides to call a "forced therapy journal". Through all her school troubles, will Aiko be able to keep the journal?

A girl is given a notebook for her birthday by her best friend. She's never found herself to be much of a writer, but her friend insists that she use it as a therapy journal, as she doesn't want to talk to other people about her life for fear that she'll burden them. She agrees hesitantly, but she never thought of how much it could help. Warning: There will be a few topics (depression, suicidal thoughts, abuse, etc.) that some people may have a hard time understanding or reviewing. If these subjects bother you, then it isn't a book for you.
