Nicole, please don't leave me for the reach. " My eyes were still blurry. I looked at Jamie.he pressed something in his ear. "blue beetle to Nightwing um I need some help"

Jaime kept his voice down, not wanting the other members of the team to over hear his conversation. "Make no mistake Jaime Reyes, she will be a danger to us. And when that day comes I will not hesitate to eradicate her." The Scarab fell silent, leaving the teen to think about its warning. Jaime looked to the group of girls and Beast Boy who were on the other side of the room. The light seemed to make her hair look an even darker shade of black, her skin was like that of a porcelain doll, she really was beautiful. When he first met her, he was on mission with Nightwing (Dick Grayson) and Batgirl (Barbara Gordon) when they got a call from Batman about strange occurrences that had been happening. There had been more and more meteor showers going on then there should be, and it was all because of her for some reason, Stella Smarts. She has celestial and cosmic abilities she's unable to control. Since that day, she's become a core member of the team and has become close friends with everyone including Jaime. So having this new warning in the back of his head is troubling him. What did the Scarab mean? "Hey Jaime, what are you doing over there by yourself? Come join us!" Jaime broke out of his trances to see Stella smiling at him. For a split second his heart skipped a beat. "Alright." Putting the Scarabs warning in the back of his mind Jaime joined his friends, but what he didn't know was that the Scarab's warning may be more true then he realizes. They kept referring to her as the Key. Very scared and confused she finally escapes the reach with the help of her Scarab. During her escape Black Beetle kept repeating the same thing over and over again, hoping that it sticks and someone would stop her. "She can't find Blue Beetle."

Kai was only a young child during the civil war. Her family back then torn apart, and slain by the hands of men who were blinded by the war. She gets lost and a clan of Forsworn find her by Hag Rock Redoubt. They take the small girl in, as one of their own. Years lady as a young woman, a new war is at foot and it's up yo Kai and her clansmen to fight back, and finally take claim over The Reach

Crist'eel Wintrrz's life hasn't been that great. The Reach has taken over her home plant of Glazzrr, in hopes of finding The Silver Scarab. Ya know, the one that casually latched its self on to her back. Her only way out lies in her martian friend Barzz O'oomm, otherwise known as The Green Beetle. When Barzz contacts her and says that he's coming to help her with his new-found friends, will they be able to rescue her from her hideaway, and what will happen when she catches a specific blue's eye?

"How many colors do these guys come in anyway?" How many colors indeed. Just when Jaime Reyes, aka Blue Beetle, thinks he and the team have been rid of the Reach for good, and Green Beetle's scarab had been recreated, the impossible happens. The scarabs from every other planet with life have been sent to Earth as revenge against Blue Beetle. And worse, Black Beetle's scarab has also been recreated, and Black Beetle has arrived back on Earth. Jaime still blames himself for Wally West's death. Now with this extraterrestrial situation thrown at him and the team, he feels even more at blame for attracting the Reach's attention in the first place. I didn't think that I'd get to go through something like this..but I did, I honestly don't even remember how I died..all I knew is that I just woke up in Superboy's body. But maybe I can change things for the better..I can be a better Superboy while also having some fun along the way..
