Ash - the feared leader of the infamous invisible mafia - was down bad for a simple british girl like Squiddo. He tried ignoring those sappy emotions that made him all soft and gooey. It's really strange for someone like him to even have feelings let alone feel an attachment to anyone. He never believed in love and attachment, always facing constant backstabbing and betrayals in the past. And besides, he was supposed to be cold, fearsome, strong, stoic. So why? Why was Squiddo affecting him so much? Why was she so different? What was so special about her?
