Tim feels guilty and only broke up with her because he was scared that he wasn't good enough for her.

the team goes on a vacation, Tim and Lucy are married but only angela knows. Lucy and Angela are sisters. Lucy and Angela speak Spanish but none of the others know Spanish at all. Since Angela and Lucy are sisters, it's not Lucy Chen, it's Lucy lopez. Technically Lucy Bradford but nobody knows except Angela so nobody calls Lucy a Bradford. Angela lives with Lucy and Tim and she hasn't met Wesley yet.

A missing file sent by the NYPD to the Mid-shire PD, about a young girl who was kidnaped & sent to LA. She was taken by a highly respected street-man who ran to Las Vegas with the victim for another business deal. The man's crew forgot to send out the pay to the kidnapper back in New York, the kidnapper became full of rage & murdered more woman under the man & his crew's names, which led the NYPD to catch half of the crew & discover the bodies. The NYPD became busy with other cases so left it up to Mid-shire to find the victim in Las Vegas. Detectives Nyla Harper & Angela Lopez made up a plan & a team to travel & solve the case with. The rookies, Celina Juarez & Aaron Thorsen, Officer Smitty & John Nolan, Tim Bradford, & Lucy Chen. Lucy became unsure when she found out she would have to leave & go undercover with Tim. Her new roommate, Celina explained how exciting this could be for Lucy's career & convinced her agree to the plan even if it meant that she would have to maybe share a room with Lucy instead of spending multiple nights with Aaron in the same room as her. Lucy hopped on the plane with all of her coworkers, including Tim, & landed in Las Vegas. She found herself stuck in old memories with Tim & their last undercover moments until something or more like someone from her past, decided to pay a visit.
