The Used car salesman was wanted for illegally selling stolen cars plus tax evasion & the former Abusive School Headmistress was wanted for Child abuse &the murder of her niece's father. But after a collision with the rear end of another train at breakneck speed, the fugitives realized that they had inadvertently boarded a train that was out of control & jeopardizing their lives. It's up to them & an inexperienced locomotive hostler to try & slow down the runaway while also outrunning the law.
