The flowers died on Monday. By Tuesday, Olivia's mother was gone. By Wednesday, fireworks meant nothing. By Thursday, even the rain sounded empty. But on one Sunday, a boy with a flower in his sister's hair crossed paths with Olivia. Because some flowers die. But that doesn't mean there won't be another bouquet.

He brought his penance to the Mother, and laid the rosary at Her feet; There are loves which prayer may bless, though men may call them sin. ●○●○●○●○●○●○●○●○ At the hour when the last bells have fallen silent, a penitent kneels before Our Lady and takes up the beads of his appointed penance.
