Of a thousand stars we are made of, no more than dust and light, sweet dark tendrils weaved together, just enough to set me alight. I promised you I would remember, to capture those sweet words at last; the honey that poured out of your lips unto the empty bucket of my heart. I have always loved you, my gentle star, I Cherished those stolen moments, like a gleaming treasure, a molten sun. Beneath the sunlight, or bathed by the moonlight, with clouds as our witnesses, and stars as our eyes, I repeat the same melody, those words attuned to my heart, You are my sun, my moon, my star. My sweet love, My only heart. The sun is setting and the moon is about to rise again, the stars twinkle, blinking incessantly as they bear witness to their king and queen's punishment brought back to life. You who broke you word, You who destroyed all that was sacred, You who promised in vain the moon and the stars, will rise again.
