In this biography, created through using both documents close to the time period such as the Anglo Saxon Chronicles, Asser's biography of the King, and retrocognition, the ability to see the past through dreams, I tell Alfred's life story from his time in Rome as a boy to the great Battle of Ethandune where England's fate was decided.
