We all know the normal Destiny 2 story at least so far. But in another multiverse, a different yet similar story unfolded. In a very poorly though decision, Commander Zavala put together a Fireteam based solely on skill. What he did not expect was to make the most powerful and famous Fireteam all filled with sarcastic, confusing and generally mentally ill motherfuckers. So get ready for a retelling of the story you think you know as we take you through their stories, through love, through heartbreak, through friendships forming and breaking and through Zavala sometimes wishing he could break his comms.

Hello, I am the Traveler, age 21. My name used to be Aiden Emmons, but that name died alongside my past. I am an undercover hero that likes to travel around the world. My name, Traveler, is famous, but I have a lot of different faces, only one is the truth, though. In other words, no one knows what I look like. I have a very structured face, complimented by my light brown hair and hazel eyes. How did I get famous, you might ask? One small reason is probably that I saved the president from his death. The gunslinger slowly walked towards the two. The woman was dark of face, with black and gold robes and a band with brandished a logo of sorts. The man next to her was of the Awoken race. His face was blue and showed no emotion. He was clad in red armour that looked tattered and worn. "Excuse me, yeah hello, you there! Citizen Cain in the straight jacket. Who are you?" asked the friendly gunslinger. The man went to speak but, fearing what he might say, the woman spoke before him. "I am Ikora Rey and that," she paused for a moment and examined the man, almost unsure of her being with him, "that is Zavala". The gunslinger laughed. "Ah well if you think our names are silly what do they call you?" queried Ikora. The gunslinger looked down and his metal turned from glowing orange to red. Finally he blubbered, "Cayde-6". Ikora gave a large grin. Zavala kept a stern expression and said nothing. "Walk with us, Cayde. We have much to discuss"...

The fan story of the game Fire Emblem Awakening, but with instead of just the avatar (AKA, the author known as Keaton) his 'sister' has tag along in the story. What does the hold for the future? Well, you'll find out how different things could be for if you replace the avatar with The Traveler, and give him his sister. And don't say I don't warn you about anything cheesy when it comes to love. And the thoughts from the main character. Note, this is only a fan made story of Fire Emblem Awakening, so somethings will be in the story from the game, like very certain things, how the main characters meet, etc. I do not own Fire Emblem series or Nintendo in any shape or form besides owning and played a ton out of a copy of Fire Emblem Awakening.

It's only been a few weeks since the Traveler made the ultimate sacrifice and watched her old life die away. It was gone, no going back now. The plane went down. The funeral was held. The grave was dug only to be empty. Her old life was reduced to nothing but memories. Her mirror room was supposed to be her escape from guilt and regret. Her escape from everything. And yet it taunts her with the memory of what she's done. She's seen the grave, she knows the name engraved on the top. The way the room decided to taunt her takes her by surprise but helps her realize that maybe, just maybe, the choice was inevitable.
