The war is over. The Ministry is rebuilding. Hogwarts is healing. Or so everyone is told. When seventh-year students return to school, they are assigned partners and magically created children as part of a new mandatory domestic magic course. It is supposed to inspire responsibility, marriage, and the future of the wizarding world. For Theodore Nott and Luna Lovegood, it does something far more dangerous. It gives them Elara. She is only meant to be an assignment. Temporary. Magical. Not quite real. But love has never cared much for rules. And when the Ministry comes to collect what it created, Theo and Luna will have to decide what makes a family real - blood, magic, law, or the people willing to fight for one another. After the Wizarding war the Ministry of Magic declares there is a new mandatory subject, the baby project as it is called. People get paired off and each pair gets a baby. Some are perfect for eachother, others not so much. Let's see what happens shall we?
