A shadow of impersonation brought calamity, a monster whose smile was ruin, stealing the Lifespans of humankind and plunging countless souls into terror. Year One: a young man shattered the Serpent of Death's peril, saving friends, school, and washing away injustice. Year Two: he freed the wrongfully imprisoned, tearing open shadowed dungeons. But the Wheel of Mystery spun on. A name surfaced: Tristan. The Origin? Lost within fate's labyrinth, unable to find the way home. Then He returned-not to conquer, but to protect Hogwarts, a fortress for wizard friends. Beneath the Sorting Hat, a power awoke to shatter the very monsters born there. Corridors flared; the eternal night dissolved. The Great Hall bells pealed-a hymn of victory or a funeral dirge? Yet evil persisted. The Sword of the Future pressed close. The Wheel of Fate shifted, fusing iron and steel for a new destiny. Would Tristan, the lost one, behold the splendor or be the sacrificial offering? Amid the ruins, beneath the frigid gaze of extinguished worlds, I stepped through the Door of the Void. Only Will endured, stitching torn memory. In the vast silence, between dream and waking, I was reborn. Not as the one who fell, but as a new existence, tempered from a flickering ember of Destiny. This short story follows a lifelong stargazer who grows into an astrophysicist, driven by an unquenchable thirst to understand the universe beyond what science can measure. While other children focused on earthly wonders, they were captivated by the night sky's infinite mysteries, pondering humanity's tiny place in the grand design. Their academic journey led to success in researching dark matter and cosmic origins, yet a deep incompleteness lingered-they yearned to experience the cosmos directly, not just model it. This led them to explore fringe theories about natural portals, eventually drawing them to an abandoned research hall near Pasig where they discover a fiery, pulsing gateway defying all physical laws. Overcoming fear, they step through and find themselves in an alien realm with black obsidian sand, two suns, two moons, and a massive dark sphere resembling a black hole. The landscape features impossible architecture and a sprawling city of twisted shapes, but they divert to a single structure closer by. Inside, after being trapped by a slamming door, a purple energy guides them to a floating sphere wreathed in light. A golden book materializes, revealing names-"The Corthos," "The Core Of Corthos," "The Child In Gold"-accompanied by unblockable abyssal whispers. Suddenly, a baby garbed in yellow appears behind them, its eyes mirroring the alien sky's sickly glow and its faint smile sending chills through the narrator. In an instant, they are returned to Earth before the portal, where they realize such realms must be hidden from mankind. Though the account ends here, the narrator knows their connection to this mystery is unbroken, with more to come. This short story is part of the Transfinitian Myths Universe/TMU.

EON VEIL A mind-bending sci-fi descent into identity, memory, and the spaces between stars. Adam wakes up alone on a starship called the Eon Veil. No past. No crew. No way home. Only the hum of the ship... and a voice that shouldn't exist. The Eon Veil isn't just sentient-it's responsive. It shifts with thought, adapts to fear, and reshapes itself based on what it remembers about its passengers... Or what it wants them to remember. As Adam explores the ship's labyrinthine corridors, he's pulled into otherworldly simulations, alien planets, and dreamscapes that blur the line between memory and reality. And just beyond the Veil's glass skin, strange celestial phenomena begin to appear, impossible anomalies that pulse and evolve in sync with Adam's mind. The deeper he searches, the more the universe seems to reflect him back at himself. Each step forward uncovers not just the truth of what happened aboard the Veil... But the truth of who he really is. Accompanied by a glitchy, sarcastic AI orb named DeadMouth and a haunting, shape-shifting presence known as NYX, Adam is forced to confront a terrifying possibility: He didn't survive a tragedy. He might have caused it. Or maybe... It never happened. Memory is a fragile construct. Especially when the ship remembers better than you do. THE VEIL is a lyrical, psychological sci-fi epic that fuses cosmic horror, emotional depth, and existential mystery. Perfect for fans of Annihilation, The Expanse, SOMA, Black Mirror, and anyone who likes their science fiction thoughtful, terrifying, and strangely beautiful. He's not just exploring a ship. Or alien worlds. He's unraveling himself, and the universe is listening. Some doors were never meant to open. But some were always waiting... just for him.

They call it "The Great Halt." One moment, the world was at war. The next, the soldiers froze. Not because they wanted peace, but because they were terrified. An invisible force has taken humanity hostage. It has a simple rule: Do not kill, or you will be removed. In a single second, 142 of the world's most powerful warlords, dictators, and corrupt politicians dropped dead. No poison. No wounds. Just a sudden, biological stop. Now, guns don't fire. Missiles don't launch. And anyone who tries to start a war dies before they can pull the trigger. UN Investigator David Kerk is tasked with finding the source of this invisible force. From the panicked halls of the White House to the starvation camps of Sudan, he tracks the signal of a new, terrifying God. But what he finds isn't a villain. It's a mirror. The Unknown has turned corrupt leaders into efficient slaves and warlords into humble servants. The world is finally at peace, but the price is absolute terror. David must decide: Do we live as free men in chaos, or as well-fed slaves in a golden cage?

The old Scottish folktales often warn not to go into the water, but what if it wasn't a choice? what if, you just felt drawn towards the water by something? Would you go into the water, or would you run as far and as fast as you could go? These are questions that I found myself asking myself in a lonely Louisiana bayou.

Theo Castillo parties the night away with his friends and new peers as they celebrate a new year at their school Ravenwood High. The night started normally, hanging with his friends, talking to new students, playing party games, the type of thing you'd enjoy at a large scale party. At a party devoid of rational adults and spiked punch, things start to get a tad out of hand. A game of truth or dare breaks out and Theo has been dared to go into the forbidden forest with "witch girl" Vistaria Ruiz. A girl who has been hated and berated by the town for being the only person to come back alive from the forest, to the town's recollection. After returning from the forbidden forest alive, Theo finds himself confused when his friends start to ignore him. He suspects that they're ignoring him for two reasons. The first because they think he is a "witch" now as well and the second being because he invited Vistaria to the after party, but he's not exactly sure that second idea is the reason. Although if it is, he was already punished for it so why is he suddenly getting the cold shoulder?
