The way he speaks about this virus is outright disgusting and every time he deliberately chides, for only one reason and one reason only; he isn't to be blamed for this. What he will blamed for is the fact that he lived in utter denial of this occurrence and that he didn't take appropriate action as he should have, now for over two months ago.
