I glanced at my surroundings. I felt as if I had woken up, but I subconsciously knew I had not. People of all sizes stumbled around in oversized, white coats, most wearing something over their eyes. They seemed nervous, some biting their nails, others pacing the pristine white floor. I get a glimpse of words on one of their coats, "The Agency," in fancy letters. A cold, deep voice rang out, "Phase one has begun!"

They've created an entity from the void, A young human-looking void based being, that's connected to Error telepathically, and sent him and Fatal Error to act as the new Destroyers.
