She has now been surviving with a couple, Omid and Crista, until something happens that Omid gets killed and she later on gets separated from Crista. Clem deals with life after losing her leg and continuing to raise AJ to become a strong individual in the apocalyptic world in which he was born. Clem faces tough decisions for the well being of her group as well as a new light in her love life with Louis. What will be the future of Clem and her group?
