We never really thought it would happen. When it did, it was too late. No one listened to the many warnings that were given. No one gave a second thought about it. We all just thought "Oh hey it's going to be alright!" Everything was suppose to be alright. It was a bunch of lies. It was all one. Big. Fat. BS lie. The Wave killed many people. More than many. We can't fight against it. We can't survive. We won't last another day. We will be killed by a giant wave. How pathetic are we?

Rein's never been ordinary, never seemed to fit into the lines and boxes created by others. This did not matter to him, he never minded being place with those who were seen as unfit. This is rewritten version of "the wave" by Todd Strasser I did for class. In the eyes of the supporting character Amy, but with a different ending and stuff. So basically, if you've read the book, it's different but the same at the same time. Anyway,, I'm not good at summarizing things but Amy goes to a school and in her history class they do an experiment about Nazi Germany and it goes a lot farther than they could have ever imagined. This is not meant to be a joke, I turned it in for an assignment in class, alright. If you need more information, just look up the book.

The first wave killed 20% of the population, and the earth was inhabitable for 12 years, and then, the second wave hit killing 80% of the survivors, the remainders lived in bunkers around the world, surviving of little materials weren't contaminated.
