Seven years from afar. You probably never noticed me the way I noticed you. To you, I was just another face in crowded rooms, another quiet presence during family gatherings, another girl laughing with cousins while pretending not to look your way. But for seven years, every small thing about you stayed with me. The way you avoid eye contact then secretly glance back. The awkward little smiles. The soft "salamat." Even the smallest moments somehow became memories I replay at midnight. You would never know how many diary pages were written because of you. How many songs started sounding like you. How every random encounter felt important to me while it probably meant nothing to you. And maybe that's the strange thing about loving someone from afar. They continue living normally, while you quietly collect pieces of them like treasures. Seven years later... and I'm still here writing stories about someone who never even knew they became one.
