A poem.

As an awkward and not so popular high school student transitions into the world of adulthood, she struggles to deal with the many problems that family and personal relationships bring. Violet is pretty anti-social and struggles to get along with people, she's not into the whole party scene and she is definitely not into forming a romantic relationship with anyone. But when she's caught in a tense love triangle, she will have to face several new experiences to find some peace in her now crazy life.

Five teens, from different places and with very different backstories, meet, and what they discover through each other is shocking enough that it may just spark some change in their world. Meet the Writer, the Musician, the Artist, the Reader, and the Speaker as they struggle to make a team of themselves and change the world they are in. But there are also countless people who will fight against change with all they have, from knives to public speeches that dishonor Traveler before millions. But even a spark can become a flame, with sacrifice...

Dakota, a 10th grader thought she was quite normal like every other kid. Her parents got divorced when she 11 and with her dad in another state, she didn't see much to him anymore. After a terrible day at school, her life seems to take a toll on her an something much worse occurs, leaving her with a terribly hard choice to make. Once her decision has been made she can't seem to focus anymore without thinking of what happened. Everything just replayed in her mind over and over again. She wanted to get out of the cycle. After many days trying to figure out what to do she picks up a pencil and creates a whole new world, bringing so many new people close to her with the similar issues Dakota is facing.
