This isn't going to be like most HG roleplays. You'll be role playing as a HG character, after mockingjay. Just pretend no one died, or that they were revived. Everyone lives in District 12's Victor Village for the sake of the roleplay. Anyone is welcome to join and play as a HG character, and when they're all taken you can make an OC.
