This is, I guess you could say, a social experiment. I am told, that it is therapeutic to write down your thoughts, to get them off your mind. I have tried to keep a journal, but it didn't work, because I feel that when I have something to say, it needs to be said to someone. Some of the things that go through my mind cant be posted on Facebook because of family... That, and I don't need everyone messaging me to ask if I am okay or if I want to talk about it. And I defiantly don't want to start drama, if what I have to say is about someone on my friends list. I just need to say what's on my mind without having someone have something 'smart' to say about it. But I thought... why not do it here? Because
A- It helps me get things off my chest
B- It can let people know that they may not be the only ones feeling the way they do. Including myself.
C- I really want to see how this works
