Newt x Y/N story that takes place before the Glade and the maze, when they were in the WICKED compound. Can still be read even if you're unfamiliar with the story since it's a prequel and a lot of it is my original ideas. This is literally just a giant fake scenario I made in my head while trying to sleep so I apologize if it isn't the best quality. Post episode 10, and picks up immediately after the end of the game. This is going to be a slow burn featuring Jake x f!MC. It is going to be as faithful as I can make it to the events of the game, which also means taking as realistic an approach as possible to the psychological ramifications of what happened to each of the characters. So this won't be a fluff piece, but neither will it wallow in its own misery. It just won't make light of, or be cavalier to, the tremendous trauma that the characters have endured throughout the game. I have tried quite hard to ensure that there is as little immersion loss as possible with my version of the f!MC, so it is my hope that you will be able to have her be whomever she is in your head (to a degree). The MC's name will never be said as I personally find that even using the titular MC or y/n is still jarring, and I will try to keep descriptions of her to as generic a feel as possible without inadvertently causing said immersion loss as it makes you wonder what Jake ever saw in such a basic bitch. The descriptions of Jake have been lifted from what little information we are given in game about him, with a little artistic liberty to describe how I see him in my mind's eye. Because I love my boy Jake and there is no way that I can write a story about him without describing the fuck out of him. Submitted for your approval. I hope that you enjoy.

Jorge begins dating Barb, creating a barrier between his daughter teresa and b him. and teresa needs him with the stress if the baby. but maybe Lucy and her pocketbook are just what the place, nd everyone on, needs. and whats more, the old man.
