"Did Teresa get a new top?" Thomas sighs fondly while propping his elbows up on the table, resting his chin into his palms. "No. We've seen that before, but never with that skirt." Minho states with a genuine smile. A girl passes by and waves at Teresa. Thomas had never seen something so angelic before. The way the sun hits the back of her head casting a halo that surrounds her body. She waves back at the girl with a bright smile. Thomas almost sees the scene in slow motion. "We should probably stop staring before it gets creepy, though." Thomas says with a mumble. "Too late." Thomas and Minho whip around to see Newt had lifted his gaze from reading his book. His glasses have slipped down past the bridge of his nose, due to the fact, he had been hunched over with his nose deep within the pages of his book the entire lunch period. He's got one eyebrow lifted accommodated with a slight smirk. "You guys are losers." Newt states while tilting his head slightly, huffing. "But then why do you sit with us?" Minho questions, lifting an eyebrow. "Because I don't have any friends." Newt shrugs, pushing his glasses back up to their original place. Turning his attention back to his book.

When newt was a mere 15 and thomas 14, newt confessed how he felt to his best friend Thomas Edison on his birthday, however, not feeling the same way Thomas asks newt to promise him something, "Promise me," (...) "promise me you won't like me as more than a friend, ever." 2 years pass, they are both in eleventh grade, Thomas is 16 and newt is 17, and Thomas finds that he broke his own promise. "He had been so stupid. That was the night he knew he liked newt. It happened right after the boy ran off. Thomas was left standing there, wondering why his heart hurt so much. That was when he realized his mistake. But he promised newt. And so he never said anything." So me and my best friend watched the TMR and TST movies and we were talking about them in class. We were talking about the ending of TMR and how we thought it would end. So I took out my notebook and I started writing our ideas. This is the result of out idiotic and insane minds... Victoria has been living in this hell hole they call the glade for the past 6 months and she is freaking tired of all this crap! She just wants to see them again. Especially her brother.
