Violet isn't used to people caring about her as her childhood was harsh. Her mother passed away when she was young, her dads an alcoholic and a drug addict forcing her to raise her little brother. Violet doesn't allow herself to get close to anyone as anyone she cares about ends up leaving. But when Peter shows he cares for her how will she react? Will it blow up in Peters face or will sparks be made? Will Peter trust her with his big secret? Will Violet finally give in and let someone remind her she's not alone?

This story is about a girl named Abigail who's the artistic and bookworm type. She works at a book store only a bus ride from where she lives in London her parents house. Abigail isn't all interested in the dating scene but her romance books are the only thing closest she'll get to anything romantic. One of her best friends Jade invited her and a couple others to a Barbecue that her friend Harrison was hosting at his flat. Once Abigail arrived she greeted everyone but since she's has social anxiety she struggles. As she draws on her sketch book with a bunch on little drawings as a Boy with short curly hair sits down next to her and ask her about her drawings.
