hi hello i'm via! this is my first fanfic so please be nice lol. this is based on bbc ghosts, and centres around Thomas Thorne, who has yet again found himself in love with another girl who's alive. the cover is from s3, however my story will be spoiler-free until the whole series has aired. i don't own any of the characters, this is simply just a fan fic and i don't mean to cause any offence, I've tried the keep the characters as close as what's seen in the show, but I'm really sorry if I've taken them in a direction you didn't see them as!! Kevin is 33 years old. Him and his wife divorced two years ago, and because she kept the house he was forced to move back in with his parents. There aren't any jobs available that will earn him enough cash to move back out, so to slowly make his way back to the average life he had, he became what he had been when he first finished school - a bin man. He sort of liked it. Well, at least he did until he got himself crushed by his own truck, bled to death and became yet another ghost stuck in Button House.

"He's ahead of his time." What if Thomas Thorne isn't the ghost of a Regency poet? This is the alternative story of how Mat Baynton becomes Thomas. Mat is a modern day re-enactor who died in character as Thomas during a show at Button house. He was wearing the costume of Thomas and so involved with the story he was acting out, he believes himself to be the regency poet in death.

Pat is asked to run an after-school club. He's doomed.

Each chapter will contain theories on how I think each ghost died. If their death has already been revealed, it will be written here with no change to the original plot. I do not own the BBC, Ghosts, or any of the cast.

Trying 2020 inktober prompts with writing for my ocs ill do a version with canon ghosts too (if any ocs are there they'll just be visitors or things like that)

So basically, I felt really sorry in 2X06 when Humphrey explained about his wife and that she never laughed at his jokes. So yeah just a weird little fluff thing cos I feel sorry for him XD. A lady comes to fix a sofa and Humphrey gets left in the same room as her as she fixes it. The witch with the hammer returns some days later and the ghosts try to recover both halves of Humphreys body. There be some Shakespeare inspired shenanigans going on. library secrets and Julian causes some mischief.
