Malia... that was the only thing that I remembered when I first came up in the box, my name. But later on, the memories started coming in. The most frustrating thing about it? I couldn't see them clearly, and i only heard the voices, but I somehow knew they were my memories of when I wasn't in the maze yet. There was this one voice that stood out from the others though, it was Gally's. The guy who always finds a way to be the most annoying person to exist... or so I thought. ---------------------------------- When Malia was first sent up to the box, everyone's been rendered speechless. Speechless because of her being a girl, and being the first to knock out the scary Gally only minutes after coming out from the box. Fitting in was a difficult task but she soon made friends and life became good. She couldn't deny that Gally was very familiar and the feeling that just kept pulling her to him. But the day a very familiar face showed up in the box was the day she knew that things would change. She became determined to get out of the maze as soon as she learned from Thomas that there was a way out. Will Gally be able to stop her? Or will he swallow his pride and follow her? This is a fanfiction of the famous Maze Runner movie and I do not own any of the characters except Malia, Kennedy, Lara and Fred. All credits goes to James Dashner, the author of the original book. This story follows the storyline but with a few plot twists, plus some parts of my story may not be suitable for the audience, but I will try my best as it is my first time writing a book. Thomas and Newt are accepted to a highly competitive academic course called The Program. Run by WICKED. Thomas feels like he doesn't belong and Newt believes that studying is all that matters. Maybe they need each other to find themselves. I get that this story may not be everyone's cup of tea. I wrote it in two days and I'm new to writing. I like the last section from Thomas' POV the most and would carry that light hearted and fun and romantic tone forward if I was to write more.

Thomas and Stiles are twins, Before their mothers was diagnosed with dementia she took Thomas out shopping only she didn't come back with him. The sheriff searched till he couldn't anymore and even then kept hoping he would find his lost son. Minho, Newt and Thomas are in high school. Basically just Minewt stuff and some fluff in the later chapters but not in the first one at least.
