Based off the Thor movies (will have book 1-2+) Loki paced his room in anger, confusion, and grief. Odin was in his bed specifically for Odin sleep and I knew Loki blamed himself. Finally, I couldn't take it. "Loki, calm down. Please." I told him as I grabbed him arm. He pulled his arm back. "You heard everything. Those were possibly the last words he'll ever hear. A maidservant gave my father comfort as he possibly fell out of his last memories." His words stung slightly and he realized it too late. "No, no, no. That's not what I-" "No. That was true. I'm just a maidservant. But you? Odin is in incapable of being king and Thor is banished. It doesn't matter why you are king in standing, just that you are. You can worry about Odin on your own time. Now, I'm going to grab you some water. When I get back, I expect a composed, cool-headed man ready to rule for the time being." I turned around and exited, the door closing behind me. I heard Loki bang on the door in anger and it took all I had not to go in and comfort him again. --- Astrid has been a maidservant to Loki Odinson for nearly three centuries. Being with him for extended amounts of time has made her and the royal family and warriors close aquaintences. She naturally felt closest and most loyal to Loki, despite their past conflicts. However, when she discovers that Loki is brewing something wicked, where will her loyalties lie- him or the people? *This is my first story! YAY!! I literally just thought of this idea in the car so it may be good it may be bad... Y/N and Loki have been best friends ever since Loki wandered into the dungeons one day. Y/N has been in the dungeons for as long as they could remember because they were accused of having killed their family. This story will go through Thor and Thor Dark World because they both take place on Asgard. Will also have some flashbacks to Loki and Y/N's childhood. *The cover is NOT mine (sadly) I found it off Pinterest 👀)
