Alrún is the name of a young woman. Her origins are unknown. At the moment, she is only able to control all things related to the earth; rocks, branches etc.. All that is known about Alrún is that she is the Half Elf and Half Dwarf. She was sent to Erebor by her mother and father, hoping that the Dwarfs of Erebor would be able to protect her. The Arkenstone is the only stone that can unlock her full power. When Smoug the Terrible plundered Erebor, and the Arkenstone lost, Alrún is forced to move with her lover, Thorin, Son of Thrain, Son of Thror. She joins her lover, 12 other Dwarfs, a Wizard and a Hobbit to reclaim their homeland and unite the Seven Dwarf Kingdoms once again.

Vila is the last of her kin from the Northern lands, a fearless warrior but, a more shy type when it comes to newcomers. What will happen if Vila met a certain dwarven king?

Fili and Kili are dead, they sacrificed everything for their king, for their people, now even Thorin will have to renounce everything, his prejudices, his ideas, his alliances, for his "treasure" and his people. On the other hand, a half elf divided between two races, will have to reckon with her dark past, accepting herself and the king of Erebor as his One. Two souls full of pain and remorse, looking for their place under the Mountain and above the stars.

"How did I get here? How could I have let this happen?" I whisper to myself. Blood is everywhere so much blood too much. Orc blood mixes with elven, goblin, dwarvish, man, and *gulp* hobbit blood. Everything is dying I can feel it. Everywhere the blood falls the grass dies. The life leaves it along with the life of who the blood belonged too. The sun is red blood red. It's an evil day. A day of mistakes and regrets. But I can make a final stand I won't let Erebor fall. I won't let father fall. Evil will not prevail not on this day. As long as I can help it.

Dawn, who, by now has settled down and gotten married, surprise visits her old friend Bilbo on his 111th birthday, only to discover that she never settled down at all, just became hungry for more adventure. So an adventure she has, along with Bilbo's nephew, three of his friends, her brother, her own nephew, a kid she met six decades ago, gandalf, and a man she has never met before. This adventure proves to be a bit higher stakes than the last however. It might even be too much.

The fury that rolled of Sunneva, the day Erebor fell was unmatched. So 60 years later when an old family friend approaches her about fixing the wrongs of the past what can she do but agree?
