Back before the Avengers even happened HYDRA wanted to create an asset that could even rival the winter soldier himself. 3 years of constant trial and error and they finally perfected it. The serum was to be injected into a pregnant wolf they hoped the serum would alter the genes of the babys inside the mom. couple of months later the mother dies giving birth to her babys, but only one survived. The baby wolf was a girl and bigger than a new born wolf, its coat was pitch black no other markings staning its fur, its eyes however was a vibrant blue. The wolf grew up to 6'5 with sharp teeth that could shred anything to pieces, she was like a shadow no one was able to see her coming and faster then a cheetah. The wolf also gained an ability with the serum that HYDRA created, but they did not know this happened. She could talk to to other people and animals via her mind. She installed fear into people around her. She was called 'The Black Wolf' (Photos,Videos and characters are not mine except the wolf)
