Me: Fine. The moon: Interesting. Sometimes daily, sometimes forgotten. Random thoughts, emotional patterns, and bits of psychology. Nothing loud - just an INFJ overthinking in peace.

This is a little poem book about flowers each with their own tale. It explores both blissful and heavy themes,each flower has a voice and an individual experience,mostly relating to real scenarios.

Tw: (possible) heavy topics? I intend for others not to see what I wrote as something I wrote but what they get from it and how they Interpret each so called poem or story. Some are sad, others are more so stories.(Some may be upsetting so, please do not read if you think it may be upsetting in anyway.) Anyways, enjoy! Some wounds never bleed, yet they hurt the most. This book is for the people who smile while carrying battles no one knows about. For the ones who stay strong for everyone else but quietly fall apart when they are alone. For the ones who overthink every word, blame themselves for things they couldn't control, and keep asking, "Am I enough?" Mental health is not only about depression or anxiety. Sometimes it is the silent exhaustion of pretending to be okay. Sometimes it is the fear of being judged, the habit of hiding your feelings, or the voice in your mind that keeps telling you that you are not good enough. These pages will not promise a perfect life or tell you to "just be positive." They are here to help you understand yourself with honesty, patience, and kindness. Sometimes, healing does not begin when someone gives you advice. It begins when you finally feel understood. If even one page makes you feel less alone, helps you breathe a little easier, or reminds you that your mind deserves kindness too, then these words have found the right person. Maybe that person is you.
