The city of London has been thrown into pandemonium. All eyes are glued to the footage televised on live TV being reeled in by the cameras. And all cameras point to a deserted tower block where twelve citizens are being held at gunpoint by a group of armed criminals, each life ransomed in exchange for exuberant prices with the government. If the price is not met within thirty minutes one of those people will die. And then the timer on the next thirty minutes begins. But one of these twelve citizens has a plan to do a job the armed forces have failed; to save everyone in there – only it may very well cost them their life.

I wrote this story in 2018 when I was in high school. It was for a writing assignment and I recently found it. A man goes to get a glass of milk, but he wishes that he hasn't. Something bad will happen to him.

Being shunned by her pack, she basically became their slave. Being abused over and over again, this was her life. Though something inside her tells her she has to leave, and shes grateful for it. It saves her life.
